A father of three daughters and now a grandfather, Patrick Gagné is first and foremost a family man. For more than 30 years, he has built his real estate journey on the same values that guide his life: hard work, respect, trust and perseverance. Starting out with big dreams and the desire to create something lasting, he grew his portfolio step by step, one project and one building at a time.
For Patrick, real estate has always been about human relationships. Behind every apartment are people he wants to listen to, respect and treat with consideration. That philosophy shows in a fact he is especially proud of: more than 60% of his tenants have lived in their apartment for over 10 years.
Today, with his three daughters and the arrival of his grandchildren, his vision makes even more sense: building a lasting family legacy, and above all passing on values the next generations can be proud of. From the first building to the group.
More than 30 years ago, Patrick bought a first building and did everything himself: renting, upkeep, renovations. The method would never change.
Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Beloeil, Granby, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Saint-Hubert, Sainte-Julie: 28 addresses, 251 residential units.
The 13 commercial spaces at 1505 rue de l’Hôtel-de-Ville were added, then the 162 units of Mini Entrepôts Matha, in Lanaudière.
3 waterfront chalets in Saint-Jean-de-Matha, 3 villas in Florida, and The M Legacy, a crewed catamaran in the Bahamas.
His three daughters are at work in the business. The next chapter is being written as a family, with the same high standards.
